In these unprecedented times, there are several challenges to maintaining a regular schedule. Many of you have had to be rescheduled or scheduled at another location.

Pre-Appointment Process
One of our staff will reach out to you for pre-registration. This greatly reduces the time spent at check-in and minimizes waiting room times. We will be asking for basic demographic information, COVID screening, and INSURANCE information. This will avoid any confusion of coverages and benefits.
